Our project began in early 2017 with a whirlwind of work both outside and inside. Terry handled all of the inside work including painting, replacing all carpeted areas with wood flooring, new counter tops in kitchen and bathroom vanities. Our upstairs area, which had not been used in years, was repaired/renovated as a fourth bedroom with bath that would be the envy of any teenager!

"Our front yard had a number of issues we wanted to correct. We love our silver maples, but above ground roots and their shade left us with no grass over a large portion of the yard and alot of the older shrubs had died or were overgrown. Jeff was able to quickly identify ways to keep and enhance the maples while incorporating some existing pathways. My husband liked reducing the amount of grass to cut, too! Using pictures of our actual house with 3D images of proposed plantings was perfect for seeing the end result."

We wanted the back yard to be as nice as the rest of our home and enlisted Home Source to help. "After a tornado all but destroyed our home in the spring of 2011, we were faced with the task of putting things back together. With both of us working and two small children, finding time to meet with contractors and make fixture, color and material selections, was very difficult. We also decided that it made sense to make some changes to the house while reconstruction was in process. Terry worked with us to plan a new deck and screen porch for the back of the house, a front porch addition and color selections for the entire house. There are so many choices these days; it was nice to have things narrowed down to manageable numbers. Terry and I even managed to include some furniture shopping in the mix! We are looking forward to summer on the new screened porch."
