Using our PreListing Consultation recommendations, Home Source will work with sellers to get beyond “staging” and push their listing to full potential. Statistics vary, but all indicate that a beautifully presented home sells faster and for more money than those that “hope for the best’ do. The Home Source philosophy is that packaging a property for sale is no different than any other commodity. Buyers want the best property at the best price. Property packaging starts at the mailbox and ends with the location of the trash bin, covering all areas in between. We can also do as much or as little of the recommended work as requested, helping sellers secure that perfect first impression! Presented in a format similar to that of a home inspection report, our Property Recommendations document provides a roadmap for sellers and gives agents "neutral" ground for conversations about prepping to list.
PrePurchase Consulation for Buyers
The Home Source team is here to help your clients evaluate properties before deciding to purchase. Maybe they love the neighborhood or price but the home doesn’t quite meet the family’s current needs. Sometimes repairs are needed but they don’t know the extent of the work required. Our team can help identify the potential opportunities and plan for needed renovation work. Scaled floor plans and landscape plot plans can be enhanced using our 3-D renderings and virtual walkthroughs, providing the ability to “see” the end results before the work begins! Using these tools, buyers, in collaboration with their realtor, can make informed decisions and maximize their opportunity to turn a neglected house into their dream home.
